Hey... I'm in a tree. What else can I say about this? I'm not exactly sure how I ended up here (I don't drink so... that cant be it) or why? Am I being punished? If so, what did I do to deserve it? HELP!

Ok so i'm stuck inside a tree with two glowstone and im not exactly sure what's going on. I'm unable to speak to anyone or use any commands. Is this a ban? Jail? What? I haven't exactly been on lately but I'm sure there's an explanation.
